Lipoelastic Active Leggings

Lipoedema · class 2 (23-32 mmHg) leggings. Centimetres; one garment covers both legs. The + sizes are the same garment with a wider calf.

GP prescription request

Short and to the point. The email subject is left blank on purpose: put the patient's details there so it is easy to find later.

If a patient name is entered, the clinic confirms it has lawful consent to share the patient's details with the practice. The prescriber makes all clinical decisions.
